According to media reports, when will the Gorakhpur Link Expressway be inaugurated? Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate it on June 17.
That is, now only 1 day is left, after which there will be noise of vehicles on the link expressway. Earlier the Gorakhpur Link Expressway was to be inaugurated on 15 April, but it was delayed due to the work not being completed on time.
Lucknow will be connected to Purvanchal
The construction of Gorakhpur Link Expressway will make the distance from Purvanchal to Lucknow easier. The length of this highway is 91.35 km. It will make a significant contribution to the infrastructure of the state and will provide connectivity to Purvanchal from Lucknow.
There will be flyover and underpass on the link expressway
There will be seven bridges on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway. Also, there will be seven big bridges and 27 small bridges on it. 16 vehicle underpasses, 50 small underpasses and 35 passenger underpasses have been built. A vehicle is seen moving at a speed of 120 km/h on the expressway.
The Gorakhpur Link Expressway is about 92 kilometers. It will be on Jaitpur, Gorakhpur bypass NH-27 of Sahajanwa. Salarpur is connected to Azamgarh district on Purvanchal Expressway. The link expressway is four-lane, which can be expanded to six lanes later as per requirement.
The distance from Lucknow to Gorakhpur will be very difficult
This is very different in terms of connectivity between Gorakhpur and Lucknow. This will cover the distance from Gorakhpur to Lucknow in three and a half hours. Currently it takes five hours. Industrial corridors will be built on the expressway.

Gorakhpur, Ambedkarnagar, Santkabirnagar and Azamgarh districts will benefit the most from the link expressway. Apart from this, people should not be bothered by the traffic jam on the four-lane from Gorakhpur to Ayodhya. People will get relief with the construction of the link expressway.
Uttar Pradesh will also create a new record with the inauguration of the Gorakhpur Link Expressway. After the inauguration of the Gorakhpur Link Expressway, vehicular movement will be seen on a total of eight expressways in the state. UP will become the first state in the country to have eight operational expressways.
