Preparations are being made to build a new expressway between Noida and Aligarh. Under this project, 36 villages of Noida and five villages of Aligarh will be included.
It has been decided to acquire about 13300 acres of land from these villages. The land for the expressway will be acquired directly. In which middlemen will not be involved.
Farmers will get money directly
Farmers will be contacted directly for land acquisition to build the new expressway and the land will be acquired in a transparent manner. Yeida said that those selling the land will receive payment directly in their accounts.
Government decision
The government has taken this decision to prevent corruption, earn the trust of farmers and complete the process faster. This decision will also ensure that farmers get the actual price of their land.

A budget of Rs 900 crore has been proposed for the project. Rs 5000 crore has been set aside only for land acquisition. The remaining amount will be used for the construction of the building.
