Why is it raining so much?

Atul Kumar Singh, Senior Scientist of Lucknow Meteorological Center, said that the low pressure system formed in the Bay of Bengal has now weakened a bit, due to which the monsoon trough line has shifted towards the north. Due to this, there may be heavy rain in Bundelkhand and Agra today, while light to moderate rain will continue in the entire UP.
