Now extensive preparations are being made to bring the river back to its original form. Now extensive plantation can also be done during this construction work to increase greenery on both sides of the river.

During this, measures are also being found to control the water level and reduce the possibility of floods in the surrounding areas. 

The revival of the river will strengthen the economy and agriculture of the surrounding villages and will also improve the environment. CDO Harshika Singh has given top priority to this scheme.

The lifeline of 38 villages will change

There is an important news in Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh that Yamuna river has now come out to save 38 villages. Now extensive preparations are being made to bring the river back to its original form. 

Now extensive plantation can also be done during this construction work to increase greenery on both sides of the river. District Chief Development Officer Harshika Singh has said that

Instructions have been given to plant trees at every level to remove encroachment on the river banks and maintain environmental balance. Now the Lapri river originates from Koraon and meets the Tons river. 

Now extensive efforts are being made at the administrative level to restore its natural form. According to the information received, a 17.5 km long train was revived 2 years ago to remove silt under the MNREGA scheme. 

Awareness campaign for successful implementation of the scheme

Now fish farming can be promoted in the river and its water can be made available for irrigation, which will be subject to this scheme and the administration's future plans. 

Apart from this, water conservation plans are being made every year in the river at every level. Now the revival of the river will not only benefit the environment, but the surrounding villages will also get a boost in business and agriculture.

The lifeline of 38 villages will be strengthened

CDO Harshika Singh said that now every work is being done on a very high priority. She further said that under the project, necessary structures are being built for the purpose of maintaining the plan of plantation and water conservation measures along the river bank, as well as the local community will also be motivated to run awareness campaigns and organize training programs to make the scheme successful. 

Now this file will strengthen the lifeline of 38 villages and it will become a model for water management and environmental conservation in the entire area.
