First know what is dearness allowance

The increase in dearness allowance will have a direct impact on the salary. If the minimum basic salary of an employee is Rs 18000 per month, then his dearness allowance will increase by Rs 720. Currently, employees are getting 55% dearness allowance and with an increase of 4%, it will reach 59 percent.

Pensioners will also get huge benefits 

Pensioners will also benefit from the increase in dearness allowance. Pensioners will not be given dearness allowance (DA Hike) but dearness relief, but they will get the same benefit as government employees. The government can soon announce an increase in this dearness allowance.

It is expected that in the beginning of September or at the end of August, the government will give the gift of increase in dearness allowance.
