GMM Shobhana Bandopadhyay told railway officials that the renovation work going on at a cost of Rs 20 crore will be completed as soon as possible, so that the date of inauguration can be fixed. Four months have already passed.

Talking to the media, he said that from this financial year, the train will run from Bhopal to Ramganj Mandi in the Ramganj Mandi-Bhopal rail line. Its target has been set.

The inspection was done seven years ago in 2018

Let us tell you here that the GM had visited Biaora railway station about seven years ago. In December 2018, Biaora railway station was inspected by the GM of Jabalpur zone.

The second visit took place after seven years on Thursday. Apart from this, this is also the first visit and inspection of a woman GM. The railway line running from the capital Bhopal to Ramganj Mandi was facing a land dispute for the last few months.

At that time, the matter of Barodia pond of Narsinghpur was not yet resolved. The farmers of Turkipura village adjoining Kurawar were called by the administration, but the dispute is still stuck here. Because the land acquisition compensation of the farmers in 2017 has not been received yet.
