NCR Property: Dwarka Expressway connecting Delhi and Gurugram has now become a big real estate hotspot. In the last five years, the prices of houses here have almost doubled. 

Now the price per square foot here has reached about Rs 18,668. It is clear from this that the demand of people in this area has increased a lot. This is the reason why this place is now proving to be beneficial for both investors and home buyers.

Dwarka Expressway, which connects Delhi and Gurugram, has now become a big name in the world of real estate. This information has been given in a report prepared by PropEquity. 

According to the report, good roads, better facilities and rapidly growing offices and markets are making this place one of the most preferred real estate areas of Delhi-NCR.

How many houses were built and sold from 2010 to 2024

PropEquity's report shows that between 2010 and 2024, a total of 42,816 houses were built on Dwarka Expressway, out of which 41,899 houses were sold. 

During this period, property prices increased by a whopping 397%. While the price of houses in 2010 was around ₹ 3,753 per square foot, in 2024 it increased to ₹ 18,668 per square foot.

This area became the first choice of investors

In the last five years, this area has become the first choice of investors. While the price was ₹ 9,434 per square foot in 2020, it almost doubled to ₹ 18,668 in 2024. 

Sameer Jasuja, CEO of PropEquity, has said that Dwarka Expressway has now become a major real estate market of NCR. More than 18,000 new houses are expected to be built here in the coming years i.e. between 2025 and 2030.
