New Expressway: There is great news for the people of Haryana and UP, now with the construction of this new expressway, travel between the two states will become even easier.
New Expressway: Work is going to start on an important road project between Haryana and Uttar Pradesh which will give a new direction to regional development and transportation. An expressway will be constructed for the renovation and widening of the Aligarh to Palwal highway.
This project will not only benefit the residents of both states but will also solve the traffic problem of Delhi-NCR. Under this project, land of about 30 villages will be acquired and these farmers will also be given compensation of Rs 600 crore.
New path of development
An expressway will be constructed on the Aligarh-Palwal route to make travel between Uttar Pradesh and Haryana easier. The main objective of this scheme is to make transportation between the two states faster and smoother.
With the construction of this expressway, travel from Aligarh to Palwal will become very easy and connectivity to many other important cities will also be established.
Under this project, land of 30 villages will be acquired which includes about 160 hectares of land. For this, compensation of about Rs 600 crore will be given.
Who will benefit?
People of many districts of UP and Haryana will benefit from this expressway. This road will make travel between Aligarh, Mathura, Agra, Delhi-NCR, Greater Noida, Palwal, and Gurugram much easier and faster. The problem of traffic jam in Delhi-NCR will be solved.
The new expressway will connect to the interchange of Yamuna Expressway at Tappal and Eastern Peripheral at Palwal, which will reduce travel time significantly. This expressway will also help in reaching Noida and Jewar airport, which will also reduce the distance to the airport.
Which villages will be included?
Land of about 30 villages will be acquired for the construction of this expressway. Buying and selling of land in these villages has been banned until the land acquisition process is completed.
The villages included are Andla, Chaudhana, Peepal Village, Bajhera, Chaman Naglia, Resari, Arrana, Nayawas, Bamouti, Laxmangarhi, Mau, Jarara, Rasoolpur, Ainchana, Udaygarhi, Bankner, Dharampur, Nagla Assu, Itwarpur, Bichpuri, Khedia Buzurg, Bulakipur, Rajpur, Ganeshpur, Damuaka, Usrah Rasoolpur, Fazilpur Kalan, Nangal Kalan and Sotipura.
Compensation and payment process
Under this project, farmers whose land has been acquired will be given a compensation of Rs 600 crore. The compensation will be paid soon so that the affected farmers do not face any kind of difficulty.
This scheme will prove to be a big relief for the farmers there along with making a significant contribution to the development of Haryana and UP.
