PM Ujjwala Yojana 2025: Under the much-discussed Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana 2025 of the Central Government, the process of providing free gas cylinders and stoves to women of poor and deprived families has been expedited once again. A new beneficiary list has been released by the government, which includes the names of those women who had applied for the scheme in the year 2025.

PM Ujjwala Yojana 2025: Under the scheme, women of BPL families are being given free LPG gas connection, stove and cylinder refill for the first time. This scheme has so far freed the kitchens of millions of women from smoke and is also expanding rapidly in the year 2025.

If the name is in the list, then the connection will be available soon

If the name of a woman is included in the recently released Ujjwala Yojana beneficiary list, then she should contact her nearest gas distributor agency. The government has clarified that after the name appears in the list, distribution camps will be organized by the agency, where connections and cylinders will be provided to women.

Eligibility of the scheme

  1. The benefit of Ujjwala scheme will be given only to those women who fulfill these conditions:
  2. The woman should be an Indian citizen.
  3. The economic condition should come under BPL (below poverty line).
  4. The family should have a BPL ration card.
  5. Never have taken benefit from any LPG scheme before.
  6. The woman's bank account should be linked to Aadhaar and mobile.

How to check name in Ujjwala Yojana list?

  1. If you have applied and want to know whether your name is in the list or not, then online process is available for this:
  2. First of all go to https://www.pmuy.gov.in.
  3. Select "Ujjwala 2.0 Beneficiary List" or the relevant option on the homepage.
  4. Select your state and district.
  5. Fill the captcha code and submit.
  6. Now the beneficiary list will open on the screen where you can see the name and registration number.

Offline facility also for rural women

Women in rural areas who do not have internet facility can go to their nearest gas agency office and see the list of Ujjwala Yojana. They can check their name in the list available there. If the name is not in this list, then they should wait for the next list as the list is being released in a phased manner.

What benefits do women get from the list?

  1. Women get many benefits from the release of the list of Ujjwala Yojana:
  2. Identification of eligible women becomes easy.
  3. One does not have to visit the agency again and again.
  4. The list can be checked on the mobile sitting at home.
  5. Clear status is available along with the registration number.

Date and process of distribution

Special camps will be set up in agencies for distribution of gas connections. Women whose names are included in the list will have to reach on the scheduled date with the necessary documents, such as:

  1. Aadhar card
  2. BPL ration card
  3. Bank passbook
  4. Application receipt

After verification of documents at the agency, gas stove and cylinder will be provided to them.
