Uttar Pradesh News: Land will be acquired for residential sectors in these villages of UP

UP News: Yogi government has taken big steps towards developing logistics sector along with industrial and residential sectors on a large scale in Uttar Pradesh. The authority will fix the rates for buying land. Many new sectors will be built in villages.

 

Uttar Pradesh News: The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh has implemented plans on a very large scale for the development of industrial, residential and logistics sectors, which will take the state's economy and infrastructure to new heights. 

The Yamuna Authority will determine the rates for buying land in Bulandshahr. A meeting will be held on June 10 under the chairmanship of the CEO. 

Apart from residential and industrial areas, a logistics area is also proposed in Bulandshahr. The government wants to buy land soon to provide connectivity to Noida Airport, for which rates should be determined.

Cost of buying land

The cost of purchasing land in the notified area of ​​Bulandshahr district will be determined by Yamuna Authority. For this purpose, a meeting will be held on June 10 under the chairmanship of CEO Dr. Arunvir Singh. A committee formed under the leadership of YIDA CEO will determine the rate. 

It includes Bulandshahr District Magistrate or ADM LA nominated by him, Finance General Manager of the Authority, ACEO Land, Tehsildar Committee of the Authority and Deputy or Assistant Inspector General Stamp.

The state government has also increased the compensation rate in the YIDA area in Gautam Buddha Nagar under the Yamuna Authority to Rs 4300 per square meter, which is equal to Noida Airport. The compensation rate for buying seven percent land is Rs 3808 per square meter, but Bulandshahr is also in phase one.

When the authority will determine the process for purchasing land in these areas

Under Master Plan 2041, many new sectors will be built in the villages of Bulandshahr. When the rates are determined, the authority will be able to determine the process of purchasing land in these areas. 

Farmers will be compensated accordingly. Therefore, rates will be determined in Bulandshahr district to speed up the purchase of land for authority sectors. Being in phase one, the rates of Bulandshahr can also be like Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Integrated road sector and logistics zone proposed

Apart from industrial and residential areas, it is proposed to build a corridor up to Chola railway station, parallel roads and logistics areas in the villages listed in the authority of Bulandshahr district. 

The authority wants to buy land in these villages as soon as possible, considering the railway connectivity of Noida airport and the possibilities of logistics hub. Therefore, efforts are on to determine the rates of land.
