Haryana news update: Big gift to the people of Haryana, Global City will be built in this district, will have direct connection with the new road

Global City project is being developed near Pataudi Road in Sector 36 of Gurugram district. Now the government is preparing to build a new 60 meter wide road to connect this Global City to Delhi-Gurugram Expressway.

Where will the road come from?

An official of Gurugram Metropolitan Region Development Authority (GMDA) said that this road will be built along the raw drain built in Narsinghpur. This will provide direct connectivity of Global City to Delhi-Gurugram Expressway, Pataudi Road and Dwarka Expressway.

Work is going on regarding the land

. The land required to build the road is in Khandsa and Mohammadpur Jharsa villages. Some of this land is privately owned and is stuck in a legal dispute while the rest of the land is owned by Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC).

Officials said that this project is a high priority scheme of the Haryana government and it is very important to connect it to the expressway so that people can reach here easily.

Global City to be built in 1 thousand acres

Global City project is being built in an area of ​​1 thousand acres spread across Sector 36, 36B, 37 and 37B of Gurugram. It is being developed by HSIIDC. 

It will be a mixed-use project, which will have residential, business and commercial facilities together. It will have facilities like offices, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, hotels, startup hubs, incubation centers, and exhibition venues. It will also include greenery, reservoirs and cultural centers.

An important meeting will be held next

week regarding this road project, which will be chaired by Urban Development Advisor DS. Other development plans of the district will also be discussed in this meeting. This project will give a new identity to Gurugram and will give a new direction to the development of Haryana.
