In such a situation, it is expected that the new circle rate will be implemented in the district in the month of September, due to which the land prices will increase and buying property in Ghaziabad will be expensive.
The new circle rate was implemented in the district in September last year. As per the rules, the circle rate is increased every year. On the instructions of District Magistrate Deepak Meena, the Registration Department has started a survey to increase the circle rate this year.
The new circle rate will be decided
During the survey it will be ascertained how much the current circle rate can be increased. In which places of the district property is being purchased more, at what price is the land being purchased there. The new circle rate will be decided on this basis.
AIG Stamp Pushpendra Kumar said that after the completion of the survey, the proposed circle rate will be published and objections will be sought on it.
After the objections are resolved, the new circle rate will be implemented.
