What did the Finance Ministry say-
The Finance Ministry has said that ₹ 10 and ₹ 20 notes and coins are still in circulation and being printed in the country. As of 31 December 2024, 2,52,886 lakh ₹ 10 notes were available in the market, with a total value of ₹ 25,289 crore.
