Where will the EV hub be built
The State Industrial Development Authority has planned a state-of-the-art Ev Park on 500 acres of land in Bhimsen area of Kanpur city. This park will be built near the Dedicated Freight Corridor.
This will accelerate industrial activities. It will cost around Rs 700 crore to complete this project. The project will be built under Public Private Partnership.
Supply sector will boom
The main objective of the Uttar Pradesh government to make EV vehicles is to promote the production of EV vehicles and strengthen the supply chain. This will also strengthen the Self-reliant India campaign.
Units of EV equipment will be installed
