Haryana CET 2025: There is tremendous craze for CET 2025 in Haryana, more than 13 lakh applications till June 14, what will happen next?
Digital Desk: There is a lot of enthusiasm among the young candidates regarding the Haryana Common Eligibility Test (Haryana CET 2025) to be held for recruitment to Group-C posts in Haryana.
According to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), more than 13 lakh candidates have registered so far, out of which about 12 lakh candidates have also successfully uploaded the documents.
Now all eyes are on 16 June 2025, which is the last date for depositing CET fees. After this the commission will release the final figures and the exam date will be announced. Haryana CET 2025
What is the preparation for the exam? Know the schedule and arrangements
In view of the huge number of candidates, HSSC is planning to conduct the exam in different shifts instead of conducting it all at once.
Around 3.5 lakh candidates can appear for the exam in one shift.
On this basis the examination can be conducted in 4 to 6 shifts.
The Chief Secretary will finalize the security and examination centers through video conferencing with the Deputy Commissioners (DC) of all the districts. Haryana CET 2025
What will be the pattern of CET 2025? Know every detail
Exam Level-
- The general questions will be of Senior Secondary (12th) level.
- Hindi and English will be of 10th level.
- Exam Mode- Offline (On OMR Sheet), Not Computer Based.
- Language: Will be in both Hindi and English.
- Total questions- There will be 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions).
There will be 5 options for each question.
Negative Marking- There will be no deduction for wrong answer, but if the answer is not ticked then 1 mark will be deducted.
Time: Total time for the exam will be 1 hour 45 minutes.
Cutoff Marks-
General Category – 50%
SC/ST/OBC Category – 40%
