UP News: A big step has been taken regarding new railway line projects in Uttar Pradesh. To strengthen the development and connectivity of the state, the Railway Ministry has approved this scheme and started the process of land acquisition.
Uttar Pradesh News: The process of land acquisition has started in Uttar Pradesh for the new rail line scheme. Meanwhile, the Railway Ministry has approved crores of rupees for this scheme.
The process of land acquisition and compensation will improve soon. The work of land acquisition in Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh for the Anandnagar-Maharajganj-Ghughli new rail line is continuously gaining momentum.
The railway administration has given an amount of Rs 383 crore to the government for this construction work, but more than 70 hectares of land will be acquired soon, in which the acquisition process of 160 hectares has started. The target is to complete the financial year in this.
Construction of a new railway line
During this time, the route of Gorakhpur city has been extended by 42 km from Gonda to Ghughli via Anand Nagar and Maharajganj route by establishing a new railway line. 53 villages will be on about 230 hectares of land.
Now an amount of Rs 958.27 crore has been approved for the construction of 57.7 km long new railway line. You will complete this construction in two phases. In which the sale of railway line from Ghughli to Maharajganj will start in the first phase and from Maharajganj to Anandnagar in the second phase.
Discussion on land acquisition and compensation distribution
There is now a plan to build 26 bridges in this project. It has a broad bridge. There is also a plan to build one ROB, eight small bridges, 46 underpasses and seven stations.
During this time two stations will be rebuilt. One transit station and four halt stations will be built. The target is to complete the under-construction railway line by 2027.
Railways have continuously created new dimensions by expanding the infrastructure in the area. Not now, land acquisition work is going on fast in Anandnagar Maharajganj Ghaghuli under the rail line project.
It has been said that during the construction of the railway line, Maharajganj district headquarters will be connected to the rail head.
Apart from this, alternative routes will also be chosen to connect the states of the north to the north-east. The joint initiative of the Ministry of Railways and the state government is likely to complete the project on time, which will improve regional connectivity and increase the local economy.
