A DPR of Rs 1023 crore has been sent to the central government. The road will be 7 meters to 12 meters wide, which will benefit many districts and get rid of jams. It is planned to be a four-lane.

Proposal to make it 12 meters wide instead of 7 meters

National Highway Nandaur-Khalilabad-Nyori (328A) will be expanded. Executive Engineer NH Basti has sent a DPR of Rs. 1,023 crore to the Union Road Transport Ministry.

After getting its approval, the construction of the road will start. The construction of this road will provide convenience to the people of many districts.

There is a proposal to make the National Highway Nandaur Khalilabad Nyori, which is 62 km long, 12 meters wide instead of 7 meters. This will allow many vehicles to pass from the front.

The repair of this road will also lead to the development of many other intersections including Bakhira, Baghauli, Khalilabad, Dhanghata. The construction of the road will make it easier for the people of Sant Kabir Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar, Siddharth Nagar and Basti to travel.

The problem of traffic jam will also end. There is a plan to make this national highway a four-lane highway. The concerned department has started paying attention to this. This project can be implemented soon.

Two bypasses will be built in Khalilabad and Ramnagar

The DPR also includes a proposal to widen the national highway and build bypasses at two places in Khalilabad and Ramnagar. Bypass construction can also solve the problem of traffic jams. Discussions are going on to take out bypasses at other places as well, but no agreement has been reached yet.

The infrastructure will be built as per the four lane

Now the national highway will be expanded. But four lanes will be constructed while building a bridge or culvert. Due to which there is no obstacle in making the four lanes. There is a high possibility of this road becoming a four lane in the future.

Gazette may be issued soon for land acquisition

Land acquisition is required at many places for the widening of the national highway. For this, the department will soon gazette it. After the gazette is issued, the condition of the road will be better known.
