Haryana CET News: A big good news has come for the youth preparing for government jobs in Haryana. The Haryana government has finalized the exam date of CET (Common Eligibility Test) 2025. After discussion with Chief Minister Saini, Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has decided to announce the date of this exam.
26th & 27th July 2025 Exam Date
According to the information, the CET 2025 exam will be conducted in the last week of July, and its date has been fixed as 26 and 27 July 2025. Both these dates are falling on Saturday and Sunday, which will make it more convenient for the candidates to appear in the exam.
Exam center and security arrangements
About 1350 exam centers have been set up for CET 2025. HSSC has removed 334 centers which did not meet the security standards. This time around 13.47 lakh candidates have registered for this exam to be held for Group-C.
Regarding the exam, HSSC officials said that the exam will be conducted in 4 sessions in two days. About 4.73 lakh candidates will appear in one session.
In this way, the examination of 13.47 lakh candidates will be completed in two days. Two nodal officers will also be appointed in every district who will ensure proper arrangements for the exam.
Security system
Special attention will be given to security in the CET 2025 exam. According to the information, 13 thousand security personnel will be deployed at the exam centers.
There will be about 10 security personnel at each center, who will ensure security. All types of security checks will be done at the examination centers during the exam.
What things cannot the candidates carry?
Certain items will be prohibited from being carried into the examination hall in the Haryana CET exam. Candidates will not be allowed to carry mobile phones, calculators, smart watches and other electronic devices into the examination hall. Books, notes, slips and any type of study material will also not be allowed inside.
Shoes, sandals, socks, belts, sunglasses, scarves, handbags, hairpins, amulets, hats etc. will not be allowed in the examination hall. All these rules have been made for the proper conduct and security of the examination.
Official preparatory meetings underway
HSSC Chairman Advocate Himmat Singh has held several meetings regarding the preparations for the examination. He has said that all necessary arrangements are being made so that the examination can be conducted smoothly and without any disruption.
