Rajasthan Government Employees Transfer 2025: राजस्थान के कर्मचारियों में होगी फेर बदल, देखें कहां आएगी ड्यूटी
Rajasthan Government Employees Transfer 2025: The Rajasthan government has once again banned the transfer of government employees in the border districts. After the order issued on Monday, the employees across the state who were waiting for their transfer for a long time have been upset. This decision of the government has now made the path difficult for those employees who were temporarily sent during Operation Sindoor and were hoping to return.

Rajasthan Government Employees Transfer 2025: The state government had allowed transfers in border districts under special circumstances on 8 and 9 May. But now this exemption has been abolished in the latest order issued by Joga Ram, Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Coordination. Since then, the process of transfer in border districts like Barmer, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Sriganganagar and Phalodi has been completely stopped.
Shock to employees due to Bhajanlal government's decision
This decision taken by the Bhajanlal government has become a setback for thousands of employees who were waiting to be transferred from the border areas. Now the possibility of transfer outside these districts has ended and the employees will have to work there indefinitely. In such a situation, a wave of resentment is being seen due to this decision.
Earlier relief was given due to Indo-Pak tension
Earlier when there was an atmosphere of border tension between India and Pakistan, Bhajan Lal government had given partial relaxation in the transfer ban considering the strategic and administrative importance of the border districts.
The purpose of this step was to maintain administrative stability in these areas and strengthen the essential services. Under this, personnel of many departments were deployed in the border districts.
Now the situation is normal, but return has been stopped
Now that the situation in the border areas has become normal, the employees posted there were demanding to return to their native districts.
But this time the government has ignored these demands and again imposed a complete ban on transfer in the border districts. The government believes that frequent exchange of employees creates administrative instability, which affects the governance system.
Government's concern about stability
This decision of the government is definitely disappointing for those employees, but its purpose is to maintain stability in the border areas. The administration argues that frequent transfers not only affect the work but also cause problems to the general public. Therefore, stability and continuous service have been given priority.
What is the option now?
At present, government employees posted in border districts have no other option. They will have to continue their service by staying in the same district. Although the employees' unions and organizations are appealing to the government to reconsider this issue, there is no possibility of any relaxation in the transfer policy in the near future.
